ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Andreja Beric
Heritage Atelier London was founded by Andreja Beric with over two decades of experience in architecture and interior design. During his career, he had the pleasure of working on listed buildings across London, often in collaboration with leading heritage experts.
He has advised on over 20 Grade II and Grade II* buildings — including Georgian townhouses, Victorian terraces, stately standalone houses, conversion apartments, and commercial and religious buildings — achieving a strong success rate in Planning and Listed Building Consent approvals.
His work is defined by clarity, sensitivity, pragmatism and a commitment to both design and heritage.
Andreja founded Heritage Atelier London to offer clients a refined, boutique service focused entirely on listed homes and their unique requirements, providing support at every stage of the project – from purchase appraisal and inception to construction and sale.
