Kitchen relocation, waterproofing and complete refurbishment.
An exceptionally old listed home requiring sensitive modernisation, improved layout and major waterproofing works. We developed a strategy that preserved historic features while enabling a kitchen relocation - often contentious in listed homes - alongside bathroom upgrades, window improvements and a complete refurbishment.
The result is a modern, comfortable home that retains all significant fabric. Full Listed Building Consent and planning approval were achieved.
