A substantial intervention combining a basement extension beneath the garden, a ground-floor rear extension, and a complete lower-level reorganisation.
We developed a coherent heritage-led strategy, redesigned the garden to incorporate a walk-on skylight and preserved key historic fabric throughout. Full Listed Building Consent and planning approval were secured.
